BÉNIN : All the land owners in Cotonou called to report to their respective districts, no later than August 30th, 2021 👉🏾List of parts you will need, to discover here

As part of a vast operation to update the land data of the town of Cotonou, all owners of plots in the flagship town of Benin, are asked to come to the offices of their respective districts. This, no later than August 30th, 2021, provided with a file consisting of the following documents:

-Copy of national identity card / biometric card / Lépi card or passport

-Copy of birth certificate

-Certificate of residence

-An identity photo

-Copy of the deed of presumption of ownership or of a tax notice

The requested informations are expected no later than August 30th, 2021.

After this period, the owners of plots who do not show up will be held solely responsible for any disappointments that may arise.

The Mayor is counting on the commitment of the population of Cotonou for the success of the operation.
