And for good reason, he lost 7 Billion Dollars this Monday, October 04th, 2021 and becomes number 5.This, due to the outage of Facebook, Messenger, Instagram and WhatsApp which occurred around 3:48 Pm GMT on Monday, 04th October, 2021 worldwide.
